Decisions Near for Rahway River Flood Mitigation

Cranford, and other towns along the Rahway River, are awaiting word from the US Army Corps of Engineers on their preferred alternative for mitigating flooding.  Former Cranford Mayor, Dan Aschenbach, who serves as coordinator for the Mayors Council Rahway River Watershed Flood Control, and Leo Coakley, a water resources engineer with Hatch Mott MacDonald, talked about the council and mitigation steps being considered.
